المادة 710

كل من يلحق عن معرفة ضررا في رسوم ونماذج صناعية مسجلة ومنشورة حسب الاصول مضمونة بالقوانين المرعية الاجراء يعاقب بالغرامة من خمسين الف الى خمسمائة الف ليرة.

المادة 132- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 710 على النحو الاتي:
"بالغرامة من خمسين الف الى خمسمائة الف ليرة" بدلا من "بالغرامة من مئتين وخمسين الى الفين وخمسمائة ليرة".
