المادة 730

كل من هدم او خرب قصدا الابنية والانصاب التذكارية والتماثيل او غيرها من الانشاآت المعدة لمنفعة الجمهور او للزينة العامة بالحبس من ستة اشهر الى ثلاث سنوات وبالغرامة من مئة الف الى ستمائة الف ليرة.

المادة 137- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 730 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من مئة الف الى ستمائة الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من خمسمائة الى ثلاثة الاف ليرة".
