المادة 743

من اقدم قصدا على اتلاف الادوات الزراعية او كسرها او تعطيلها عوقب بالحبس من شهر الى ستة اشهر وبالغرامة من عشرين الف الى مئة الف ليرة.

المادة 144- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 743 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من عشرين الف الى مئة الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من مئة الى خمسمائة ليرة".
