مادة 16:
ان استبدال اللوحة القديمة بلوحة جديدة وفقا لما هو وارد في هذا القرار, لا يستوجب اي رسم على صاحب كل لوحة للسيارات والمركبات الالية المسجلة قبل تاريخ صدور هذا القرار.
