مادة 5: يحظر تحت طائلة العقوبات القانونية النافذة وبعد مرور ستة اشهر على تاريخ العمل بهذا القرار, على كل حمل اجازة طيار تجاري لبنانية ان يقود طائرة مسجلة في السجل اللبناني تتطلب ان يكون على متنها طيار مساعد, دون ان يكون حاملا كفاءة الطراز Tipe Rating المختصة والمدونة في اجازته وكفاءة الطيران بوسطة الالات (Instrument Rating) عند الطيران ضمن شروط IFR Article 5: Six months after the application of this arrete, no holder of a lebanese commercial pilot licence will be authorized under infliction of penalties forecen in enforced laws.
