تعديل رسم رخص السوق يعدل في القانون رقم 76/67 تاريخ 26/12/1967 والمعدل بالمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 128 تاريخ 16/9/1983 (قانون السير) وتعديلاته لا سيما في الجدول رقم (9) الملحق بقانون موازنة العام 2002 ما يلي:
