مادة 36: عدل في المادة 37 من قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 ما يلي: تحدد قيمة هذه الضمانة بعشرين الف ليرة لبنانية لكل مطبوعة سياسية وبعشرة الاف ليرة لكل مطبوعة غير سياسية. (والباقي دون تعديل).
