مادة 20: كل مخالفة لشروط التصدير المفروضة يعاقب مرتكبها بالغرامة من 1000 الى 5000 ليرة, واذا اكتشفت المخالفة في الخارج كانت الغرامة من 5000 الى 25000 ليرة, وفي حالة التكرار يقضي, علاوة على الغرامة, بالحبس من ثلاثة اشهر الى سنة. وينظر في هذه المخالفات الحاكم المنفرد في بيروت.
