تسقط بمرور الزمن وتصبح حقا مكتسبا لتعاونية موظفي البريد والبرق قيم الحوالات التي مضى على سحبها مدة سنتين.

مادة 1: لا تدخل المدة الواقعة بين 26/2/1975 وتاريخ العمل بهذا المرسوم الاشتراعي في حساب مرور الزمن المنصوص عليه في المادتين 133 و 135 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 126 تاريخ 12/6/1959. يتم الدفع بموجب الحوالات البريدية والبرقية التي سبق لادارة البريد ان نظمتها وفي حال فقدانها لا تقبل اي طريق من طرق المراجعة.
