تنظم بمراسيم مصالح الاذاعة اللاسلكية واللاسلكي الجوي, واللاسلكي البحري وجميع ما له علاقة بالمحطات اللاسلكية المبينة في المادتين 233 و234 من هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي, وتحدد بالطريقة نفسها البدلات المترتبة على تأجير الاسلاك البرية والاتصالات اللاسلكية وغير ذلك من المعدات والالات الخاصة بالمواصلات السلكية واللاسلكية.
