أولا: استبدل رقم المادة (3308)، المعدّلة بموجب الاعلام رقم 34 تاريخ 29 ايار 2018، بالرقم (3309) إذ اصبح الباب "د" من نظام قواعد العمل في الاسواق المالية سلسلة 3000 المتعلق بالتعامل مع العملاء يتضمن المواد من الرقم 3301 حتى 3323 .
