المادة 11
1 - على كل مولّد للنفايات الخطرة أن يقوم بفرزها ضمن العقار أو العقارات المرخص له فيها القيام بنشاط معيّن ومن ثم تعبئة النفايات الخطرة في مستوعبات مخصصة ومناسبة ومطابقة للشروط الدولية المتعارف عليها لتلك الغاية.
2 - يلتزم المولّد بوضع بطاقة تعريفية لاصقة على المستوعبات المخصصة لتوضيب النفايات الخطرة وفق النموذج المعتمد من وزارة البيئة.
3 - على كل مولّد للنفايات الخطرة أن يقوم بتخزين النفايات الخطرة الموضبة بحسب البند (1) أعلاه ضمن العقار أو العقارات المرخص له فيها للقيام بالنشاط، بغرض نقلها إلى منشأة تخزين مرخصة.
Each hazardous wastes generator must seggregate them within the lots or lots that are licensed to carry out a specific activity and then package the hazardous waste in appropriate and specific containers and in conformity with the international conditions recognized for that purpose
The generator is obliged to label the containers designed for the storage of hazardous waste according to the template set by the Ministry of Environment.
Each hazardous waste generator shall store the hazardous wastes packed according to the clause (1) above within the lot or lots that are licensed to carry out the activity for the purpose of transporting them to a licensed storage facility.
