Each hazardous waste generator must declare about his activity by filling out the waste data survey and classifying and characterizing the hazardous waste at the site of its generation according to the template set by the Ministry of Environment.

The procedures, fundamentals, templates and minutes of the submission of permits, the filling of the surveys, the maintenance of their records and the deadlines for the completion of administrative transactions shall be determined by decisions and circulars issued by the Minister of Environment.
