يلغى نص كل من الـمقطع «أولا» والـمقطع «ثالثا» والـمقطع «رابعا» من الـمادة الرابعة من القرار الأساسي رقم 13100 تاريخ 3/9/2019 الـمـضـافـة بموجب القرار الوسيط رقم 13157 تاريخ 4/12/2019 والـمعدلة بموجب القرار الوسيط رقم 13195 تاريخ 13/2/2020 ويمدد العمل باحكام الـمقطع «ثانيا» منها لغاية 30/6/2023.
