الاتفاق المؤرخ في 30-11-1971 المعقود بين الحكومة اللبنانية وشركة نفط العراق المحدودة

عقد هذا الاتفاق في اليوم الثلاثين من شهر تشرين الثاني

سنة 1971 بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية (المسماة فيما يلي

"الحكومة") يمثلها دولة الرئيس صائب سلام رئيس مجلس

الوزراء من جهة وشركة نفط العراق المحدودة التي مركزها

الرئيسي في الرقم 33 كافندش - سكوير- لندن (المسماة فيما

يلي "الشركة") يمثلها الفرد سنكلير رود من جهة اخرى وهو

متمم الاتفاق عقد في 6 تشرين الاول سنة 1971 بين الفريقين

ذاتهما وقد تم الان الاتفاق على ما يلي:

المادة الاولى:

تعدل الفقرة (ب ) من المادة 10 من الاتفاق المذكور المؤرخ

في 6 تشرين اول سنة 1971 بان يحذف منها تاريخ "30 تشرين

ثاني" ويستبدل بتاريخ "31 كانون الاول".

وقع الفريقان نسختين اصليتين في بيروت في اليوم والسنة

المبينتين اعلاه.

THIS AGREEMENT is made the thirtieth day of November

1971 BETWEEN the Government of the Lebanese Republic

(hereinafter called "the Gvernement") represented by His

Excellency Saeb Salam President of the Council of Minis-

ters of the one part and Iraq Petroleum Company Limited

whose registered office is at 33 Cavendish Square in the

County of London (hereinafter called "the Company")

represented by Alfred Sinclair Road of the other part

and is supplemental to an Agreement made the 6th day of

October 1971 between the parties hereto.

NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:-

Article 1. Paragraph (b) of Article 10 of the said

Agreement dated he 6th day of October 1971 is hereby

amended by the deletion of the date "30th November" and

the subtitution therefor of the date "31st December"

SIGNED by both parties in Beirut in two original copies

on the day and year above written.
