مادة 1: يرخص لشركة مرفأ وارصفة وحواصل بيروت تطبيق طريقة اعطاء الوثائق (الوارنتاج) على البضائع المودعة في مستودعاتها وفقا لاحكام القرار رقم 172 تاريخ 24 ت 2 سنة 1933

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة. بيروت في 22 ت 1 سنة 1947 الامضاء: بشاره خليل الخوري
