مادة 1: يعدل المرسوم رقم 7798 الصادر بتاريخ 9 كانون الثاني سنة 1947 على الوجه الاتي: "تدخل القضايا التجارية ضمن اختصاص الغرفة الاولى والقضايا المتعلقة بالوقف ضمن اختصاص الغرفة الثانية".
