يرسم ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عدل ملاك الدرك اللبناني كما يلي: - مقدم 12 بدلا من 9 - نقيب 15 بدلا من 18 - رقيب راجل 137 بدلا من 117 - دركي راجل 1224 بدل من 1244

المادة 2

مادة 2: ان وزيري الداخلية والمالية مكلفان, كل فيما يختص به, تنفيذ احكام هذا المرسوم.
