مادة 1: صحح البند السابع من الفقرة الاولى من المادة الثانية من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 32 الصادر بتاريخ 17 شباط 1953 على الوجه التالي: بدلا من "اربعة خبراء" يقرأ "خمسة خبراء" والباقي بدون تعديل.
