المادة 1

مادة 1: الغي نص المادة 6 من المرسوم رقم 7589 تاريخ 19/6/1967, المتضمنة اخضاع استيراد السكر الخام والسكر الابيض لنظام الاجازة المسبقة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يصبح استيراد السكر حرا ابتداء من تاريخ العمل بهذا المرسوم.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به لضرورة الاسراع فور نشره لصقا على مدخل مقر رئاسة الحكومة.
