مادة 1: تعدل المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 14915 تاريخ 27/12/63 فيحدد الرسم المفروض لحساب صندوق وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني على السكر المستورد الذي يدخل البلاد فعلا اعتبارا من اول اذار 1964 كما يلي: - السكر الابيض اثنا عشر قرشا عن كل كيلوغرام. - السكر الاحمر قرشان اثنان عن كل كيلو غرام.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا المرسوم في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور تعليقه على لوحة الاعلانات في وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني.
