مادة 1: صدقت الاتفاقية المعقودة بتاريخ 30/6/1977 بين وزير المالية ممثلا الدولة اللبنانية وحاكم مصرف لبنان ممثلا المصرف المذكور والمتعلقة بقروض استثنائية تمنح من المصرف للخزينة بغية تمويل تسيير اجهزة الدولة واعادة التعمير.
