مادة 1: صدقت التعليمات الادارية الملحقة بهذا المرسوم والتي تتناول ادارة القطع والوحدات المستقلة في الجيش . (1)

المادة 2

مادة 2: الغي المرسوم رقم 5267 تاريخ 2 اذار سنة 1946 وملحقه الصادر بتاريخ 5 ايار سنة 1947 وجميع الاحكام المخالفة للتعليمات المرفقة بهذا المرسوم.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبارا من اول كانون الثاني سنة 1951 وينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
