المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تحدد ثمن جواز السفر اللبناني بثلاثماية قرش لبناني سوري تستوفى بالصاق طوابع اميرية دون ما رسم او تكليف آخر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يجوز تمديد مدة استعمال جواز السفر لمدة سنة واحدة كل مرة دون ما تحديد. ولكن لا يجوز ان يتم التمديد قبل انتهاء المدة الاصلية او المدة المحدودة لاستعمال جواز السفر. ويتوجب في هذه الحالة دفع رسم قدره ثلاثماية قرش لبناني سوري يستوفى بالصاق طوابع اميرية دون ما رسم او تكليف آخر.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ان هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي يلغي كل النصوص المخالفة له ويعمل به اعتبارا من يوم نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
