مادة 1: يحظر على قضاة مجلس الشورى وديوان المحاسبة والمستشارين المعاونين والمراقبين وعلى جميع موظفي الادارات العامة من جميع الفئات والرتب ان يتقاضوا اي تعويض كان وباي طريقة كانت من الهيئات التي يناط بهم امر مراقبتها
