المادة 27
الحد الاقصى للتعويضات:
1- لا يجوز ان يزيد مجموع التعويضات والاجور من اي نوع كانت , والمكافآت والعائدات التي يتقاضاها الموظف من موازنة الدولة او من موازنات المؤسسات والمصالح العامة والخاصة, خلال سنة مالية واحدة, على خمسة وسبعين بالمئة من مجموع رواتبه الشهرية في السنة نفسها.
2- لا يدخل في حساب هذا المجموع عائدات الجباة والملاحقين وتعويضات الانتقال ونفقات النقل المنصوص عليهما في الفقرتين 1 و4 من المادة 24, والتعويضات العائلية, وتعويض التمثيل, وتعويض ساعات الليل, وتعويض الوكالة, واجور ساعات التدريس خارج اوقات الدوام.
3- لا تطبق احكام الفقرتين السابقتين على الموظفين الدبلوماسيين والقنصليين وعلى الملحقين العسكريين والفنيين العاملين فعلا في الخارج.

مادة 114: تبقى سارية المفعول احكام المادة 27 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 112 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاتها وكذلك احكام الفقرة 3 من المادة 22 من القانون رقم 14/81 تاريخ 15/7/1981 (قانون الموازنة العامة لسنة 1981), وذلك حتى التاريخ الذي يحدد فيه بمرسوم يتخذ في مجلس الوزراء بناء على انهاء رئيس مجلس الخدمة المدنية واقتراح رئيس مجلس الوزراء تاريخ العمل باحكام المادة 27 من هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي.
