المادة 1

مادة 1: توحدت بلديتا الجديدة وبرج حمود وجعلتا بلدية واحدة يطلق عليها اسم بلدية الجديدة - برج حمود

المادة 2

مادة 2: يصير تعيين حدود منطقة هذه البلدية الجديدة من قبل المكتب الفني وفقا لاحكام المادة 3 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 32/ل المؤرخ في 15 ايلول سنة 1932

مادة 3: كلف قائمقام المتن القيام باعمال البلدية الادارية اللازمة لصيانة مصالح هذه البلدية الجديدة لحين تعيين هيئة بلدية جديدة
