المادة 1

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1479 المؤرخ في 25 ك2 سنة 1933 تحددت حقوق الاستعمال المعترف بها على مياه نبع الغيضه (قضاء بعلبك) للقرى المنتفعة من هذه المياه على الوجه الآتي: 1- حقوق استعمال مجموع المياه لقريتي جنتا ويحفرفا 2- بعد استعمال حقوق القريتين المذكورتين تقسم المياه الى قسمين متساويين يوزعان كما يأتي: 1- لقرية سرعين 900 سهم من 2400 لكل من قرى الناصرية حوش الغنم وعلي النهري 100 سهم من 2400 ب - لكل من قرى ماسا, على النهري, رياق, مشيش , وحوش , حالا 240 سهما من 2400
