مادة 1: يصحح نص المادة الثانية من المرسوم رقم 3290 تاريخ 26 حزيران 1986 بحيث يصبح كما يلي: "ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور صدوره". بدلا من: "ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة". (والباقي دون تعديل).
