مادة 1: يجري ضم وفرز العقارات الواقعة في منطقتي بساتين طرابلس وبساتين الميناء العقاريتين (محافظة الشمال) والمحددة ضمن المنطقة (أ- ب - ج- د- ه- و- أ) كما هو مبين على الخريطة المرفقة بهذا المرسوم (1), الموضوعة بمقياس 5000/1

المادة 2

مادة 2: تعتبر الاشغال العائدة لمشروع ضم وفرز العقارات المشار اليها في المادة الاولى من هذا المرسوم من المنافع العامة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
