المادة 1

مادة 1: يعطى كل من قضاة الفئة الاولى تعويضا خاصا مقطوعا قدره ثلاثماية وخمسون ليرة لبنانية شهريا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعطى كل من رؤساء الغرف الاصليون في محكمة التمييز ومجلس الشورى وديوان المحاسبة الذين يرئسون فعلا غرفة الهيئات المذكورة, تعويضا خاصا مقطوعا قدره مايتا ليرة لبنانية شهريا.

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
