المادة 77

تخضع للضريبة جميع الاسهم الاجنبية وسندات الدين الاجنبية الخاصة والعامة التي يملكها اشخاص حقيقيون او معنويون يقيمون في لبنان, اجانب كانوا او لبنانيين.

ويقوم باقتطاع الضريبة لحساب الخزينة اي شخص حقيقي او معنوي يتولى في الاراضي اللبنانية دفع ريع الاسهم والسندات المذكورة.
