المادة 1

مادة 1: يزاد على اسعار المواد الغذائية التي توزع بين فترة وفترة على الاهلين على اختلاف انواعها غرش لبناني بمثابة ضريبة محدودة عن كل كيلو يصير تسليمه

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعطى هذا الرسم لصندوق الاموال التي تخصص لاعمال خيرية تعين فيما بعد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا المرسوم من اليوم الثاني لنشره في الجريدة الرسمية
