يرسم ما يأتي:

مادة 1: تضاف الى المادة السادسة من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 146 تاريخ 27 شباط سنة 1942 الاحكام التالية: "رابعا- اذا فقدت البضاعة اثناء الطريق بسبب اعمال حربية صادرة عن العدو"

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة الى ذلك
