المادة 1

مادة 1: تحدث شعبة بريدية من الدرجة الثالثة في قرية سلفايا (Silfaya) وتلحق بمركز بريد وبرق رشميا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تشترك المؤسسة المذكورة بقبول واصدار المراسلات العادية والمضمونة للداخل والخارج.
