بناء على الدستور اللبناني

وبناء على المادة 117 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 10 الصادر بتاريخ 29 كانون الاول سنة 1954

وبناء على اقتراح وزير المالية

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: صدق دفتر الشروط العام الانموذجي المرفق بهذا المرسوم والمختص بتلزيم االالبسة التي يحتاج اليها خفراء الجمارك اللبنانية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
