المادة 1

مادة 1: تقبل قسائم الجواب في المعاملات البريدية في الداخل ومع بلاد الاتحاد البريدي العربي ويحدد ثمن بيع كل قسيمة بخمسة عشر قرشا لبنانيا تستبدل بطوابع بريدية تساوي قيمة التخليص على رسالة بريدية عادية من الوزنة الاولى.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة وينفذ اعتبارا من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
