المادة 1

مادة 1: ألغي نص الفقرة الاخيرة من المقطع (ه) من المادة 253 من القرار رقم 422 تاريخ 30/6/1954 (قانون الجمارك) واستعيض عنه بالنص التالي: "المستشفيات الخاصة المجهزة بكافة الانشاءات الفنية الحديثة والتي يتجاوز عدد أسرتها الخمسين سريرا".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
