مادة 1: تضاف الى المادة 28 من المرسوم رقم 3950 تاريخ 27/4/1960 فقرة جديدة بالنص التالي: آ- ضمن الاراضي اللبنانية 1 مكرر - لمناظري الاشغال مهما كان راتبهم 450 غ.ل.
