إن رئيس الجمهورية
بناء على الدستور
بناء على المرسوم الإشتراعي رقم ١٢٢ تاريخ ١٩٥٩/٦/١٢ / ١٢/٦/١٩٥٩ وتعديلاته (نظام الأوسمة)،
بناء على اقتراح وزيري الدفاع الوطني والخارجية والمغتربين،
وبعد موافقة مجلس الأوسمة بتاريخ ٢٠٢٣/٧/١٨، / ١٨/٧/٢٠٢٥،
يرسم ما يأتي:
مُنح العميد Giovanni Brafa Musicoro من الجنسية الإيطالية، قائد القطاع الغربي في قوة الأمم المتحدة المؤقتة في لبنان، وسام الإستحقاق اللبناني من الدرجة الثانية وذلك للسبب التالي:
«تقديراً لجهوده التي بذلها في سبيل إنجاح المهمة الموكلة إليه خلال خدمته في لبنان».
ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
