بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم ٦٤ تاريخ ١٩٧٧/٦/٢٥ (اعفاء الهبات المقدمة للإدارات العامة والمؤسسات العامة والبلديات بقصد المساعدة من جميع الرسوم)
بناء على المرسوم رقم ٤٤٦١ تاريخ ۲۰۰۰/۱۲/۱٥ وتعديلاته (قانون الجمارك)
بناء على القانون رقم ۳۷۹ تاريخ ۲۰۰۱/۱۲/۱٤ وتعديلاته (الضريبة على القيمة المضافة)،
بناء على المرسوم رقم ٥٦٧١ تاريخ ۲۰۱۹/۹/۲۰ (إعفاءات من الرسوم الجمركية كافة بما فيها الحد الأدنى للرسم الجمركي)
بناء على اقتراح وزير الخارجية والمغتربين ووزير المالية
وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٨/١٣
يرسم ما يأتي:
قُبلت الهبة العينية المقدمة من شركة Arrow Financials ممثلة بالمؤسس والرئيس التنفيذي السيد علي الخليل الى وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين وهي عبارة عن Queuing System (وفقا للائحة المرفقة ربطاً) بقيمة /۷۸۳۷/ دولار أميركي أي ما يعادل //٧٠١,٤١١,٥٠٠// ل.ل. / //٧٠١,٤١١,٥٠٠//ل.ل. (سبعمائة ومليون وأربعمائة وأحد عشر ألفا وخمسمائة ليرة لبنانية لا غير).
يُعمل بهذا المرسوم فور صدوره وينشر حيث تدعو الحاجة.
