بناء على الدستور
بناء على قانون المحاسبة العمومية وتعديلاته لا سيما المادة ٥٢ منه،
بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم ٦٤/٧٧ / ٧٧/٦٤ تاريخ ٢٥/٦/١٩٧٧ / ١٩٧٧/٦/٢٥ (إعفاء الهبات الواردة في الإدارات العامة والمؤسسات العامة والبلديات بقصد المساعدة من جميع الرسوم)،
بناء على المرسوم رقم ٤٤٦١ تاريخ ١٥/١٢/٢٠٠٠ / ٢٠٠٠/١٢/١٥ وتعديلاته (قانون الجمارك)،
بناء على المرسوم رقم ٥٦٧١ تاريخ ٢٠/٩/٢٠١٩ / ٢٠١٩/٩/٢٠ (إعفاءات من الرسوم الجمركية كافة بما فيها الحد الأدنى للرسم الجمركي)،
بناء على اقتراح وزير العمل ووزير المالية،
وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ ١١/٩/٢٠٢٤ / ٢٠٢٥/٩/١١
يرسم ما يأتي:
قبلت الهبة المقدمة من مجموعة إندفكو لصالح وزارة العمل، وهي عبارة عن عدد من اجهزة الكمبيوتر وتوابعها، بقيمة اجمالية تساوي ٧,٢٣٥ دولار أميركي (سبعة آلاف ومئتان وخمسة وثلاثون
دولارا أميركيا) مفصلة كالآتي:
