بناء على الدستور
بناء على قانون الأسلحة والذخائر الصادر بالمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم ١٣٧ تاريخ ١٩٥٩/٦/١٢، ولا سيما المادة الثالثة منه المعدلة بموجب القانون رقم ١٩٠ تاريخ ٢٠٠٠/٥/٢٤.
بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من شركة براشيا ميدل إيست ش.م.ل، المسجل في المديرية الإدارية المشتركة تحت الرقم ٢٥٠١ تاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٢/١٨، والمتعلق بطلب إعطاء رخصة إتجار بأسلحة الصيد وذخائرها.
بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات ووزير الدفاع الوطني.
يرسم ما يأتي:
يرخص لشركة براشيا ميدل إيست ش.م.ل، تعاطي تجارة أسلحة الصيد وذخائرها، في محلها القائم على الاقسام /٥ - ٦ - ٧ - ٨ - ٩ - ١٠ - ١١ - ١٢ - ١٣- ـ و١٤/ من العقار رقم /٢٣٠/ من منطقة نهر ابراهيم العقارية - الأوتوستراد - قضاء جبيل - محافظة جبل لبنان، وذلك ضمن نطاق القوانين والأنظمة المرعية الإجراء.
يعمل بهذه الرخصة لغاية ٢٠٢٥/١٢/٣١.
ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
