بناء على الدستور
بناء على قانون المحاسبة العمومية وتعديلاته، لاسيما المادة ٥٢ منه،
بناء على اقتراح رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير المالية،
وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١٢/١٢،
يرسم ما يأتي:
قُبلت الهبة المقدمة من شركة Middle East Venture Partners لصالح مكتب وزير الدولة لشؤون التكنولوجيا والذكاء الإصطناعي، وهي عبارة عن خدمات لتغطية أتعاب المستشارين التابعين لمكتب الوزير بقيمة /٢٢٥,٠٠٠/ د.أ / /٢٢٥,٠٠٠/د.أ أي ما يعادل /٢٠,١٣٧,٥٠٠,٠٠٠/ ل.ل / /٢٠,١٣٧,٥٠٠,٠٠٠/ل.ل (عشرون مليارا ومئة وسبعة وثلاثون مليونا وخمسمئة الف ليرة لبنانية).
يُنشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
