المادة 63
يلزم الموظفون المشار اليهم في المادة 60 بسر المهنة وفقا لاحكام المادة 579 من قانون العقوبات . ويزود هؤلاء الموظفين ببطاقات هوية خاصة تعطى لهم بعد حلف اليمين القانونية أمام المرجع القضائي المختص , وعليهم أن يبرزوا بطاقاتهم قبل شروعهم بممارسة حق الاطلاع.
