المادة 64
يتمتع كل من الموظفين المشار اليهم في المادة 60, فيما على اثبات المخالفات لاحكام هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي, بصفة رجل الضابطة العدلية.
وعلى الموظفين المذكورين أن يثبتوا المخالفات الحاصلة بموجب محاضر ضبط يوقعونها ويطلبون الى المسؤول عن المخالفة او اي من مستخدميه الذين جرى معهم التحقيق التوقيع عليها دون اصرار, فاذا ما رفص التوقيع دون ذلك على المحضر.
ليس لرفض التوقيع اي تأثير على القوة الثبوتية لمحضر الضبط.
