المادة 1

مادة 1: تفتتح عمليات تحديد الاملاك العمومية على مياه نبع الصفا- في منطقة وادي خالد جرود عكار- قضاء عكار- محافظة الشمال.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تعين فيما بعد اللجنة المكلفة بعمليات التحديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تجري عمليات التحديد وفقا لاحكام القرار رقم 144 تاريخ 10 حزيران سنة 1925
