المادة 1

مادة 1: يحدد تاريخ اول تشرين الثاني سنة 1965, موعدا للبدء في تنفيذ فرع نظام التعويضات العائلية المنصوص عليه في المادة السابعة من قانون الضمان الاجتماعي (مشروع القانون الموضوع موضع التنفيذ بموجب المرسوم رقم 13955 تاريخ 26 ايلول 1963).

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
