مادة 1: تضاف الى المادة 3 من المرسوم رقم 13615 تاريخ 21 آب سنة 1963 المتعلق باخضاع- بعض المؤسسات والجمعيات لرقابة ديوان المحاسبة الفقرة التالية: "يمارس الديوان هذه الرقابة ابتداء من حسابات سنة 1965".
