ان رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور لا سيما البند 5 من المادة 53 والفقرة (هـ) من البند 1 من المادة 69 منه،

يرسم ما يأتي:

مادة 1: اعتبرت الحكومة التي يرئسها السيد محمد نجيب ميقاتي مستقيلة.
